Sales administrator

GMA Speakers bureau representing the world’s top motivational speakers, business gurus, authors, entertainers and icons is expanding and currently seeking an outgoing and organized individual to join our team. Our Sales Administrator will be responsible for assisting in daily office needs and will directly support our Customer Service and Sales teams. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Lead Desk by:
  • Answering and distributing incoming calls
  • Monitoring and responding to live chats
  • Qualifying and distributing inbound leads via Email, Incoming Calls, and Live Chats
  • Organizing internal sales meetings
  • Managing department calendar
  • Building and maintaining internal SOP database for sales training purposes

Sales manager

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing, training and inspiring GMASPEAKERS’S Sales Agents (range of sales experience). Including direct engagement with prospects and clients. The ideal candidate is extremely results-driven, a motivator, savvy persuasive sales communicator who has a keen eye for operational efficiency, drives execution and leads by example. We are not looking for a “dashboard hero” we want someone who likes getting their hands dirty and being on calls giving input on proposals with Agents to help them communicate/advise clients to maximize each engagement.

You will:

  • Participate in what we call “Executive Engagement” being on frequent new prospect calls with Sales Agents. Listening and engaging to help all on the call achieve maximum results and understand the next steps.
  • Drive business generation while growing existing relationships
  • Delivering against monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Develop tools and strategies to maximize goal attainment and productivity by Sales Agent
  • Build and manage Inbound/Outbound team (2 people at first), lists generation + outbound actions via call and email campaigns generating appointments.
  • Hiring road-map for national and international sales expansion.
  • Develop tools and strategies to maximize goal attainment and productivity by Sales Agent
  • Work directly with executive team to develop goals and metrics for sales team
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the demand generation strategy and tactics
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events

Corporate sales agent/Consultant

Acting as an Agent/Consultant for business thought leaders, renowned authors and Hollywood celebrities on the lecture circuit as well as an educational consultant to corporate learning and development programs can be exciting and glamorous (think Entourage, only with less Ari, more gold and no drama) but it is also primarily a consultative sales position, and you will spend a majority of your time on the phone advising clients, cultivating relationships and closing deals. Proactive outreach in addition to occasional leads, and previous clients and prospects are provided.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years industry sales experience
  • Professional phone presence and comfort making cold calls is expected
